How to prepare for the tests?

Tests usually do not require any special preparation, except for hygiene aspects. In all cases, the laboratory test must arrive on an empty stomach, after which laboratory tests are carried out. Which we will be able to do from 8 to 11! The reason for this is that certain hormones can only be measured up to 11 am!

How long does it take to complete the full investigation?

The laboratory test and the health assessment takes 30-40 minutes, while specialist examinations are by appointment. The full examination the next time after receipt of the laboratory result, including imaging diagnostics and specialist assessment.

Do you accept young patients?

Yes, not only menopausal or andropause patients can come to our clinic. We accept patients under 18 years of age from the age of 16 with parental consent and parental authorisation. Our screening tests and assessment kits are available to all adults of all ages to ensure early detection of changes in hormonal balance.

What happens if the tests show a discrepancy?

If any of the lab values or imaging screens for abnormalities, our team of experts will further provides a treatment protocol, to ensure that you receive the best possible care. Can a relative or accompanying person come to the examination?

We can only accept an escort in the Outpatient Clinic if medically justified. This is to ensure discretion and limited space to provide a relaxed environment for patients.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the Outpatient Clinic.

Do women take part in andrology-urology examinations?

No. The examination is carried out in the context of andrology-endocrinology care for male patients only, and there is no female assistant or female specialist present in the practice during the examination.
