The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) is to set out the terms and conditions of the services provided by MP Agency Kft. www.mpapambulancia.hu the terms and conditions of its online booking service with advance payment.
Through the website, the user has the opportunity to book an online appointment for a menopause or andropause examination package, subject to the payment of a deposit of HUF 35,000 through the Barion system. The deposit will be charged as the first step of the screening process.
Online credit card payments are made through the Barion system. Credit card details are not passed to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, licence number H-EN-I-1064/2013.
Payment is made through a secure online payment platform. Once the payment is successful, the booking is final. Health insurance cards and SZÉP cards can be accepted through the Barion system.
Booked appointments can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the appointment, with a refund. Cancellation or no-show within 72 hours is non-refundable.
The personal data provided by the client will be processed by MP Agency Ltd. solely for the purpose of making the appointment and preparing the medical history, and will not be disclosed to third parties. The data processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The parties shall endeavour to settle any disputes amicably. Should this not be successful, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Budapest District Court.

MP Agency Ltd. reserves the right to modify these GTC. The current version is always available on the www.mpapambulancia.hu website.
